Default .05/.10 River decision with FH

This villan has been very loose/passive over the last 50 hands or so.

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $0.05 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($11.66)
Button ($10.32)
SB ($25.81)
BB ($10.67)
UTG ($4.15)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.2, 2 folds, BB calls $0.15, UTG folds.

Flop: ($0.47) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($0.47) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $0.15, Hero calls $0.15.

River: ($0.77) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $0.4, Hero raises to $1.2, BB raises to $4.37, Hero ?

I'm not sure what to do here. Can someone offer some advice for this spot or how I should have played differently (fold preflop, raise turn etc.) I am new to Omaha so I'm open to criticism.

i may or may not have bet the flop (you haven't included anything about the UTG person). There are three reasons why betting the flop in my opinion is a good play: 1. you may get the pot, 2. you find out a bit more where he's at 3. you're in position - major key to winning pot omaha high. On the turn, it's probably implied that he's drawing dead to you so checking was likely good. On the river, I'd be pretty sure he has a flush, so you should raise him!

I would raise the turn. On the river i fold to reraise. slow played a8 or aqxx are much more likely than 88xx. This looks nothing like a flush.

this is probably a fold. missed value on turn when you filled, should have raised, though he prolly calls anyway. check-call river. shouldn't have led the way you played it.

occasionally a flush (10-15%), never the lowest full, almost always big full after river RR.

I was only afraid of A8 or A4 here, possibly AQ but not likely. When he checked on the flop and then bet only 1/3 of the pot on the turn, then I thought it was reasonable for him to have an ace or some sort of draw. So I'm trying to reason out whether or not he hit a big hand that I am still ahead of. These hands could be any trip aces or a flush. I am thinking that because he reraised it is more likely to be a larger full or trip aces. Is this a spot where I pay off, since I did actually hit the hand I was hoping to make?

i would of raised the turn, called a bet on the river, or bet if checked too, fold to reraise.

flop: bet .35 fold to a raise (he's loose passive so his raises mean more - if he raises, he probably has an A and your flush draw will be tricky to know if you hit a clean out - if it's even live in the first place or your "flush" hit one of his hole cards)

turn (as played): raise his weak lead, fold to a 4bet (same reasoning)

river (as played): flat call his first bet; raising the river folds out bluffs, flushes, and may get called by a weak trips, but even they may fold to the "flush" ie. every hand you're beating will fold if you raise, so your raise does you no good. You only reopen the betting for AAxx, AQxx or A8xx to raise you again. Your hand is strong enough for a call though.

I don't see why you would raise the river but not the turn: if you feel he will pay you off with Axxx on the river then surely he will on the turn.
