how to deposit on Prima/Microgaming for Americans?

The Microgaming network is the only major one open to US players that I haven't played on, so I recently signed up for Red Nines since it's the only one available under my affiliate. My question now is, how the hell do I deposit? My debit and credit cards didn't work. They list several options, and all the ones I've heard of aren't available to Americans. Any advice?
