Default 200NL - Wherein I double barrel bluff in a reraised pot

Villain in this hand is 16/11/5 over a pretty decent sample size. He has a higher than average WTSD of 32%, but I haven't seen him make any particularly bad calldowns. I'm not sure how he normally plays in reraised pots, but I haven't seen him play any hands tricky. My image should be standard TAG.

Anyhow, on the turn it looked to me like he had a whiffed AK or a scared pair lower than queens trying to play for pot control. When he calls the turn and checks the river, I don't think it changes his range a huge amount, but how often will he fold to a river shove given that he called one street already? It's entirely possible that he decided to call one street with a weak pair trying to catch me bluffing and planning to fold to further action, but he does call down a bit lighter than normal, so I'm not sure. Thoughts on all streets are appreciated.

It sure looks like JJ, but that's literally the only hand I can see him folding and I'm not sure he always folds it after you check behind on the flop.

Also WTSD 32% is probably not the person I'd want to be bluffing here.
