Default 200NL - Bet sizing with two pair

Sorry if this is too basic. Villain is loose and somewhat passive. N/m pf.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00 BB (6 handed)

UTG ($197.95)
MP ($91.00)
CO ($239.63)
Hero ($329.20)
SB ($322.47)
BB ($367.85)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $7</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $15</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $8.

Flop: ($32) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $22</font>, SB calls $22.

Turn: ($76) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $66</font>, SB calls $66.

River: ($208) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $???</font>

I put him on any ace or better.

What is the ideal bet sizing here to get value? I may bet too much atm.

the thing is if hes calling the river, hes likely calling any bet size. i just shove and expect him to call with his AK/AQ.
all other hands fold to any bet anyway

Shoving would be a slight ($219) overbet

[/ QUOTE ]this is the only thing wrong with the hand. slightly more on the flop means you can bet 2X that on the turn, making a river shove look natural.

$200 pot you have the nuts no way he places you on nuts due to betting pattern obv bet 60-75% of pot he folds he folds he'll either call since his called down to showdown or he'll push.

exactly, i think its important to note that flop and turn bets should be sized a little larger so that river is an easier/more natural looking shove.
this isnt discussed a whole lot but its something that i see lots of people not pay attention to. pot size manipulation is soooo important
