I was in a hand where I was disconnected and then reconnected and finished the hand. I want PT to get a hand history from this hand but I am not sure how to go about it.

however PT is not accepting the hh. I went into the file where the hh are stored and edited the txt file of the table it was at and nothing happens.

I am having the exact same problem and also looking for a solution....any help is greatly appreciated.

The easiest solution is to request the HHs from FTP.

The first hand is missing all the starting information (seats, banks, etc.). The second hand is missing a lot of the betting information (especially pre-flop). You could edit the hands manually, but your best bet would be to ask FTP for the HHs then import them.
