I can't even figure out how to get a hand history to put into any converter, all I know is how to look at their graphical view on the site (which is very nice). Would like to know how to get the hand histories for posting though.

* There is a setting somewhere in FTP to save hand histories. Look at the options on the main window.

* Use this for converting:

(Note there is a seperate one for FTP)

On Full Tilt under Options-->Hand History, you can find the directory where it saves the HHs and take it from there.

There's a separate converter for FT. I think greenage had plans to make a single converter for all sites, but I think he's focusing his energies on Follow-the-Queen or something.
