Favorite Time for Workout
I've been putting in longer and longer days at the poker room, so I basically need to squeeze my workouts (currently non-existent) in somewhere. I'm going to have to either work out in the morning before I hit the tables or later, after I come home. I see advantages/disadvantages to both but was curious about what time most of you work out. I'm leaning towards working out in the morning, so that it actually gets done and I have no excuses when I get home. My only concern is that I might expend enough energy working out to start causing me to gas out in my sessions a bit earlier than usual.
