Default 22$ A8s facing allin - tough one?

villain had limped in in early position 2 or 3 times and I had won the pot preflop with a bet 2 times i think. villain might now me pissed and is pushing with air? or should i give him credit for not playing many hands here?

I don't think that this is air very often. If he had seen u steal by raising limpers...this is more likely to be a trap, or a med strength hand with some showdown value (PP;KQs...etc.)

You're getting pretty good pot odds here (1.8 to 1 without antes)...so if his range is 66-99;AJs-ATs;KJs+, you have 42% equity as a 1.3 to 1 dog. If you add the big hands that he would trap with (AA;KK;AK) you're a 2 to 1 dog, and a call is slightly EV-. So if you don't think that he could be trapping with a huge hand...this is an EV+ call IMO.

fold preflop both times.

first fold: A8s is too weak on a full table to open after a limper. if you want limp and look for a cheap flop (but i wouldn't do it here as most of the stacks are too short to do some flush-mining)

second fold: this is a close one cause of the pot odds. with a weak-ace you are dominated so often, that you get terrible odds. i think erc's range is too wide here - if he is a tight player i'm sure he would not repop with KJs. i would set him on something like

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 30.116% 29.23% 00.88% 96105924 2903766.00 { A8s }
Hand 1: 69.884% 69.00% 00.88% 226848912 2903766.00 { 99+, AQs+, AKo }

and here you don't get the odds to call.
