i'd raise the flop...it makes the turn a lot easier to play with position. if he calls and leads the turn, you're usually toast.

raise flop; as played call and probably call river as well. You hardly ever see AK here, if you're beat its more likely by 77 or 44 like kass said.

Any specific postflop aggression values? Have you noticed that SB tends to bet out first even with a PFR if he hits anything? Although this is HU and he can have a different style for that as well.
A raise on the flop is standard, because you are usually ahead (without any reads) and it pushes your edge, you are in position, you can make it wrong for them to chase (although with implied odds, it's hardly ever the case).
As played, I would fold the turn.
