Default when to move from 100nl to 200nl

My first 20k hands playing 100nl I broke even. My last 18k hands I've shown much improvement with a win rate of 5 BB/100. I'm playing 19/15/3 at 100nl pretty much playing standard poker - wait for hands, dont get too fancy. My question is when do I move up? Is 18 k hands with 5 BB win rate good enough to say "ok I'm a winning player at 100nl, should be a winning player at 200nl". And at 200nl do I just stick with the same style or do I need to mix it up more - any comments greatly appreciated.

I made a couple of trials at 200NL before I started winning on a regular basis.
Just try the 200NL for a while and if it doesn't feel right or you are not winning, just move down and start build your confidence and BR for the next try.

As long as you keep your head cool and you're not risking your entire bankroll just keep trying at the bigger limits.

Uhm, I'd just move up (read: start taking shots) whenever you have enough buyins to feel comfortable and you can find a GOOD table.

IE, I started datamining Prima 1/2 and when I had about 22~23 buyins for 1/2 and I found 2 soft tables of 1/2 I took my first stab (2 tables of .5/1, 2 tables of 1/2).

1/2 and .5/1 is mostly the same thing, just a few more squeeze happy regs in my limited experience (I've only played a couple of thousand hands of 1/2 so far )

Never move up, even if you have a 200 buyin roll

lol.

Just take stabs. If you feel you're playing well, stay there until you need to move down. Eventually, you'll be playing there regularly, but you won't know until you've tested yourself out.

18k hands is not nearly enough, play another 50+ and see how you are doing then
