Default 100nl - KK: Now who\'s a nit?

Villain is 16/6/1.8 over 1500 datamined hands. His Attempt to Steal is 9.7. It's early in the session and we have no history together.

6 players.
Blinds $.50/$1.

Effective stack is $100.

Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in the Big Blind.

3 folds, Villain raises to $4 on the Button, 1 fold, Hero raises to $14, Villain calls pretty quickly.

Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (Pot: $28.5)

Hero bets $22, Villain instapushes all-in for $86, Hero folds.

I dump this because his likely range is QQ+, and only occasionally AQ (based on his stats). Me crazy?

yeah even id probably call here but sometimes they do have sets. this same hand happened on hsp poker btw and the guy bluffed ivey for like 300,000 on absolutely nothing and ivey folded his kings.

this is absolutely nothing like that HSP hand. except for the fact that someone holds KK in both

his nitty preflop stats dont necessarily mean he only calls 3bets w/QQ+ btw, his range could be as wide as his btn opening range there

Villian probably doesn't preflop call with Aces; he probably re-pops you. You made it big enough to make it worthwhile. So I discount Aces. And if he has Kings, well... i take those out of the equation as well.

You seem to want to limit the possibilities only to QQ and AQ, and then fold. So do you believe that he is entirely incapable of a "semi-bluff" push with JJ, 1010, 99, even 88 ? He could, in effect, be betting that you don't have a Q or a monster and will fold to an all in.

I call, but I don't think that this is a no-brainer. He has those stats and he bet huge.
