Default 99 vs a UTG limp reraise

Played a few hundred hands with villan, never seen him do this before. Am i obligated to call the flop bet by him, because im just having a hard time thinking what id do on the turn. Any input is appreciated.

i fold preflop b/c im sure im behind. also, w/3 players now in, i def fold the flop. basically, imo, the only reason to call pre is to flop a set. youre never getting money out of a worse hand and putting in money is usually burning money. fold pre, fold flop.

ya if its just you and utg i peel preflop because everyone is doing this with like AJ nowadays. If you call CO will call with anything. c/f all non 9 flops though without good reads would be my plan
