Villain is Pavel, whats my move on the turn. I'm seen as very nitty over about 56 hands, running at 8/8/5. Was my Flop bet too small?

I would bet a bit larger on the flop but your bet is fine.
I don't know anything about Pavel but I would just bet $120 on the turn because there is no way he is floating if he knows that you've been an ultra-nit.

C/R is better if you have been 3-betting alot imo.
But I like bet better even if you have been 3-betting alot.
