400NL - TPTK facing donk bet on flop

Villain is a laggy semi-regular 26/19/2.6, I think he's good but kinda overaggressive. He bets/raises with his draws like 100% of the time in any spots.
He has 3-bet me a lot and I didn't fire back yet when this hand occured :
