Got confused here, interesting range merge?

Villain is 25/15 TAGfish. I haven't seen him c/r the flop after being the pf opener, so I'm not sure what that means. I guess he could be doing it with AK/AA/sets/flush draw/air. I just don't see people c/r flops alot as the pf opener with strong hands, idk.

I figure I have a good chance of folding out alot of his Kx hands, and at the same time he might spite call with some of his flush draws. Obv he folds air, but I don't think that's a big deal. Calling felt 'meh' here.
