the hand is boring. i just decided to post a hand simply for ease of viewing. but i more want a general discussion of flushes at this level: how often do u fold here (if ever) knowing nothing about an opponent? do people have a rule about never folding Q or K high but will fold J high or lower?

I think you have to call this unless BB is a super nit. Sets and 2 pair are very likely. Plus, you've got a backup one-outer for the straight flush! Any reads?

My only "rule" is that rules such as "never fold X-high flush" are stupid and useless. As with everything in poker, it depends on the situation. There's no shortcuts or easy rules to follow.

haha...someone accidentally had their gimmick logged in. I think its pretty bad to fold any flush on the flop basically ever. This is a pretty easy call in my mind.

It's not accidental.
