Default QQ on suited board 3-way pot, your line?

This is Commerce $330 Rebuy Tournament.
My image is tight (from the first few levels), villain 1 isn't very loose but sometimes overplays his hand - after rebuy period, he re-raise a tight utg limper with AQs using 1/3 of his stack. villain 2 is very tight and good thinking player.

stack, villain 1 - 6K. villain 2- 7k. hero - 8k.
100/200/25. Hero UTG raises to 700 with two red Queens (rep AK). villain1 flat calls from MP. villain 2 calls from the button.

Flop K73 all spades. Hero checks, villain 1 bet 900, villain 2 smooth calls. Hero?

First, is check ok?
Second, what's your line?

I would fold ... and fast. Might be you have best hand ... for now. Might be you drawing dead. You still have plenty of chips so let it go. I must admit I NEVER play re-buys. I suppose if this is still the rebuy period they may be making loose bets and calls.

Bet on flop not terrible, but I would have lost all interest in hand after that flop and 2 callers and played as you did.
