If your opponents arent too bad and you don't squeeze here with a wide range I don't really like 3betting here either. Moreso with TT but with JJ you also over-represent your hand and get called by a very tight range, that gets you into trouble postflop.
I'd fold river as played. I don't like raising flop. Folds out Tx and pairs <TT. How about betting turn?
