$100 NL Different line with AA

I hardly ever limp AA but thought I'd give it a shot. I didn't 3-bet when given another chance because I haven't stacked somebody in about 5000 hands and was willing to gamble. Preflop raiser was about 30/28/2.5. Thoughts?

ummm, u have to bet the turn, you will never stack people when u have a big hand if u dont build a big pot.

the board turned out perfect for this line, but usually (like 99%) raise the flop, but you decided to call which is okay as long as you dont do this very often. river is a turbo push.

So if he shows up with 1010/88 I can mark it off as a semi bad beat or do I call myself an idiot and never slow play aces again?

u dont have to call yourself an idiot if he calls u sometimes with hands like 99 JJ or a naked T, but if he only calls u when he has a set here its a bad play. personally, id think u had a big hand pretty much every single time u did this.

Meh...I don't really see the need for PF, but as played you gotta raise this flop. Overpairs are never folding. Since you didn't raise flop, bet turn. River is probably fine...sucks if he had TT/88.

mixing it up is fine, but i really hate pf, sorry to be dull! You dont wanna get fancy w/ AA against retards, just maximise your pf value and build a pot.
