Remote control program for a pc(server)?

Hi!
I've put up a server that I plan to run without a screen so I need some program to control it. Anyone who knows of any prog?

I will run pt and postgresql and some poker clients and need full control of everything.

I found a few but all of them needed validation when I try to connect and that is a nono.
