Default JJ in 3bet pot vs solid TAG --> common spot

Villain is 17/14/3 over about 1k datamined.
He raises small PP's UTG and is positionally aware, but apart from that I don't have a read. He's playing 4 tables 400NL so I assume he is competent to a certain degree.

CO ($408)
Button ($553.70)
SB ($510.60)
BB ($400)
UTG ($521.40)
Hero ($879.50)

Preflop: Hero is MP with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG raises to $14, Hero raises to $46, 4 folds, UTG calls $32.

Flop: ($98) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($98) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets $70, Hero ??

Comments on the postflop streets very much appreciated

Flop check is ok against this villain.

Call turn, probably fold river.

With JJ here i think we have to bet flop but a hand like QQ KK AA we could get away with checking flop right once in a while right? But i think this flop is one of the flops that is too good not to bet the flop. lol

I don't 3-bet much a tight utg raiser w/JJ anymore, I found out that it's not the play with the most value and it always put me in crappy situations.
