With all the info (preflop call oop+chck raise flp +lead turn) and the turn card that complete some draws i would tend to think that we are behind vilain s range here.
I would stop the bleeding here unless i have some kind of verry active history with the vilain or some much stronger reads.

To find the per cent of hands he flat calls with, subtract the per cent that he raises with from the percent of hands he plays. When it's 2, he is set mining oop and playing nothing more.
