Default 22$: bubble push or fold A3 from UTG? mathematical approach needed.

Hero?

I have been really tight this game as I was extremely card dead. only seen 4 % of all flops so far. Is A3 good enough to push and pick up 300 chips or possibly be up against two high cards? Obviously an ace-domination would be bad but i really only see the stacks calling with A8+.
