Default flopped draw in 3bet pot

Villain is 30/14/1.3. I don't think he's particularly good, but not terrible. I've seen him 3bet a couple times in the 70 or so hands he's been at the table, so he's not too passive preflop. One hand he 3bet on the button and I 4bet him from the blinds and both players folded. I've been playing pretty LAG, around 23/20 and have been raising and taking down a lot of pots. I've had the goods most of the time but haven't shown down a whole lot so my image is probably a little wild.

How would you go about this hand? When he checks to me it seems like he's got overcards so I decide to take a shot at taking it down. Once he raises I think I almost have to shove. Even with zero fold equity I only have to be good 34.8% of the time. I think he does this occasionally with overcards since I've been so aggro. I'm thinking maybe I should've checked behind the flop and then fired turn & river if checked to both times and board stays low?

fold pre-flop to his 3bet. checking back/betting are both ok as long as you mix it up, but i think given ur table image I check. don't shove over the c/r u have no FE. I might just call the raise but folding is ok too cuz his range is like TT+, AJss+, KQss and thats not good for us. anyone think that range is too tight? If so what other hands can I put in there?

I actually don't mind checking flop alot here.

This thread is a bit diff. but still somewhat applicable.

Villain seems loose/passive. A c/r from passive player is usually a really strong hand. My guess is over pair or set. What does he c/r then fold?

Check behind with your weak draw.
