I would just call because he is loose (so you might win alot if you hit your hand) and because you have little fold equity because he is loose

even your combo draw seems to have 15 outs (9hearts+3 deuces+3 sixes) against two pair or a set, you are not a favorite!! using charts and/or Rule of Four can be misleading. According to charts 15 outs is a favorite, and according to rule of four 15 outs is 56%.
side note: I actually use a modified version of rule of Four, for outs > 11, if your outs > 11, subtract the amount in excess of 11 from the total percentage. i.e. 15*4 - (15-11)=56%
But both the two pair and set have redraws which makes you only even money with two pair, and about 40-60 underdog against a flopped set. So what you need here is folding equity to make this an +EV play. multiway considering BB might flat call his raise, i'd flat call here too, which gives me proper odds to draw. heads up I might raise AI for a full folding equity...

the last raise size is a mistake, you've put in 40% of your stack on the flop and the turn bombs your equity. either call the raise or shove over the top on the flop.

The turn bet is so sucky it hurts.
