UB Update Problem

I was just wondering if you could give us an update (or any background information) on the issue UB is having with updating rakeback stats. I'm just curious. Thanks in advance.

They changed over their reporting system to a new webpage, since then we have an incomplete report (Literally only shows us 5 players.)

They are manually re-adding all the players attached to us, but as you know, this takes time.

We email them daily
