Default NL200 - AQo in a RR - How do I play this hand better?

The button is 25/19/3 over 200 hands and his attempt to steal is 33%. I have 3bet him from the SB a few times this session but this is the first time he's called. He seems pretty decent.

Any suggestion on this hand?

Hero (SB): $336.65
BB: $270.40
UTG: $232.60
CO: $200.80
BTN: $615.78

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $8.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $25.00</font>, BB folds, BTN calls $17.00

Flop: ($52) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $32.00</font>, BTN calls $32.00

Turn: ($116) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $85.00</font>, Hero calls $85.00

River: ($286) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $120.00</font>, Hero folds
Uncalled bet of $120.00 returned to BTN

Pot Size: $286.00 ($3 Rake)

Yeah, more pre (~$28-$30) and more on the flop (~$40-$45) and having 150BB i like the idea of b/f'ing turn. As played river is a fold i guess.

Yeah, other than bet sizing issues, I think this hand was fine.

I think bet/fold turn is a reasonable thing here.
