villain plays 23/17/2.3 seems to play solid and very aggressive
I saw him pushing his AKo in a reraised pot on the turn,
maybe he tried to represent a flush which hits.
I mean I could call,but there are so many scarecards and
putting in so much money and then fold?
I although think that there are worse hands that call,
not sure maybe it's a coinflip against his range,maybe I'm
a little behind.Would like to hear some thoughts.

He might have something like AJ of spades, etc.
I'd play it the same, if he played AA/KK like that, he sucks.

Seeing this more and more lately since with a 4bet coming from UTG, they are folding hands that will give value post flop.

you played it fine. you can never fold QQ in a 3-bet pot on that board. calling is not an option as there are too many draws out there.
