Problems with pressing the buttons at Pokerstars

Hey Everyone

Ive just joined Pokerstars but with problems.

Often I got problems when I press the buttons. Sometimes I have to press a button 3 times before it works.
I have no button problems with other sites like Full Tilt.

Hope somebody can help me with this?
