I'd raise it up on the flop.

What grounds for raising the flop are there? Board texture? What kind of villain?

When would you want to slow down and just call and re-assess?

Sorry just butted in a little but I have been trying to distinguish between when I want to commit and not.

nah you canīt do that.
board is way too draw heavy... just push the turn. when the flush gets there c/c is the worst thing you can do. you have to fold.

Hero likely can't 3-bet flop, because the 2-bet from BTN wasn't a legal raise (all-in to $5.70 from $3 - I don't know why the hand converter didn't catch that, but BTN is all in and probably hasn't reopened betting).

That said, you are not committed after the flop - BTN has put $6.70 in the pot, leaving him with $19.50. Another large bet will commit him, and on that turn, I think he's much more likely to check behind if he's not ahead of your PP. (The side pot he bets into is also empty - not sure he gets that, but it would be a foolish bluff.)

By some rules yes, by most rules, no. If he had $6 in his stack, then the raise would be a legal raise, but since it's not a legal raise, it doesn't reopen the betting. OP could tell us more about the buttons he saw when it came back around to him (I'm sure reraising occured to him) but I'm pretty sure that's how most sites handle it - less than minimum raises all-in don't reopen the betting.
