($33) AKo at 150/300 facing UTG raiser
UTG is a solid 7 ROI multitabler. Your action here?

Re: ($33) AKo at 150/300 facing UTG raiser
Stats on him ?
7% is in the good not great zone, right ? But if he knows the basic mantra 10BB=shove, this is a fold as his range is heavily weighted to AA/KK. If you've already seen him doing standard raises, this is a shoveas his range could something like 77+, AJs+ |

Just doesn't sound like something someone winning over $2 per tourney is gonna do. |

Re: ($33) AKo at 150/300 facing UTG raiser
I agree with rex, I think him not pushing makes this look like a monster who wants action from UTG. Most winning players are open shoving most of their hands form this spot. I would probably muck t his with a frown on my face

if the table has been stupid tight i like shoving, if not folding is reasonable.

AMT I dont think this is about the table as much as it is about a winning multitabler opening utg for 3xbb which is 1/3 his stack

Re: ($33) AKo at 150/300 facing UTG raiser
7 roi isn't great at 33. Its kind of close between folding and shoving. I'd feel ok doing either, though if you are going to shove and fail to make note of what type of hand he is making this raise with that is a disaster.

I don't have a definitive answer; think it's close either way. But there are plenty of solid winners that will 3x whatever they raise here.

Re: ($33) AKo at 150/300 facing UTG raiser
i figured with the stack sizes he wouldn't be making this raise with a hand he's folding to a push. Didn't seem worth risking my double stack making any kind of play here, I pitched it.

AMT I dont think this is about the table as much as it is about a winning multitabler opening utg for 3xbb which is 1/3 his stack [/ QUOTE ] I would think that could have everything to do with his abilities and tendency to widen his range enough to ever make this a shove. |
