Well given your opponents hand you were lucky that he let you off lightly by checking turn and not raising river, I think you played OK but please please please reraise preflop. Blocker bet on river is ok too.

Rebuy preflop. Raise the flop properly to like 12+ Then I probs check turn bet river small. Its a fine line imo, just work on bet sizes.
