Default 50 NL - AQ hits an ace on the flop, nasty river

I'm running 15/12 with a poor table image (won only 38% of SD's this session). No reads.

Thoughts on all streets appreciated. Thanks.

Raise less preflop or more - SPR is important to consider when OOP. I'm fine with folding that river.
