1/2 tricky set spot, Live

Hand took place at around 3am in Harrah's in AC. MP is a complete moron who is raising and calling with any two cards at any time. LP is a decent player I've noticed from the hour and a half of playing.

effective stacks are ~250

Preflop:
Hero is UTG with 88 and raises to 7, UTG+1 calls, MP calls, LP calls and BB calls.

pot ~35

Flop: 7 8 9 rainbow
BB Checks, Hero bets $20, utg+1 folds, MP thinks for 30seconds and calls while LP is cutting out 3 stacks of 20 in advance. LP makes it 60. BB folds.

Pot is 135 with a bet of $40 to hero, with one completely crazy player left behind to act. What should I do? (Both opponents cover me with about ~225ish before the turn raise)
