read dependent. It looks like he either missed a flop checkraise or is value betting a stronger queen.

Why the flop check? Not saying it's bad...just wondering what your reasoning was. If it's the 50/12 donk, I'm calling all day...but I probably fold river against the TAG.

I'm pretty sure I c-bet less than most people around here, and I like to check spots like this as well to mix things up. This looks like a pretty safe board to do so, and btn may be loose/agro enough to fire at this flop a fair amount with a worse hand when checked to.

This is all fine. Unfortunately it got you in a crappy spot. It's hard to find a hand that you beat that fires twice like this. Looks like a whiffed flop c/r to me or he caught something nice afterwards. Lean towards folding.
