Default TT Pre-Flop Alll-In Situation

I didn't really know what to do here so I want to get your opinions. This is the first time I've played with these players so I have limited information. The table has been pretty passive and I've been stealing a few pots. My image is very aggressive. Everything was going great up until this moment. UTG's push didn't bother me but UTG+1's confused me. Please let me know if you would call or fold in this spot and why. (hand converter wasnt working)

UTG is 28.9/7.9/4.00 over 38 hands
UTG+1 is 23.7/7.9/5.00 over 38 hands

Just go ahead and push this pf. Already 450 chips out there that would look very nice in your stack. As played, snap call this. UTG+1 limps after UTG limps, you have him crushed here a very high % of the time.

At this level you HAVE to get it in here. The limps are more than likely garbage, and if you clash with AA just boot up another one. As JP said, the pot is about ~20% of your stack once its on you to act, so a push would be fine also.
