KK vs b3b after limp call
Villian plays somewhat regularly @ 400nl and also 600nl some... running at 38/13/2 ish (from memory, on my laptop) Not retarted post flop but plays too many hands pre and is too passive. Action didnt make sense to me, not limp calling TT/JJ obv, 88 not often either. I had been isolating him alot so i think maybe QJ or A9 plays like this... stack off??

Re: KK vs b3b after limp call
his smalldonk/small3bet is usually going to mean you are in pretty bad shape. I wouldn't rule out sets vs this guy, just because they can "mix it up" depending on their mood or whatever. And he can certainly have Q9s, JT, 97s, T8s etc. Even if he is doing this with some pair+draw combo like J9s, he still has very good equity vs your overpair.
I have no problem laying it down against this guy when he takes this line. In fact, I'm quite thankful to villain for making it so easy for me. |

Re: KK vs b3b after limp call
fckn weird. There's a lot of J9, T9, 89, JQ, KQ type hands that I'd immediately put him on when he did this. So yeah I'd call that raise. But on the turn be prepared to make a good read. This is just a really close spot, but I think you're ahead more often than not.

I've just seen people show up with a lot of [censored] with this line too. If you've seen him limp/call pre with hands like Q9 and T8 then I think you can get away from it right meow. |

Re: KK vs b3b after limp call
yeh i thought it was odd when i went over the hand, but i remember at the time I felt it seemed strong... i wanted to stack off almost just to see what he would do this with but folded...

Re: KK vs b3b after limp call
I think we can fold here. For the times we are ahead and make a good call we still probably don't have much more than 70% equity.
