Re: KK: call down my overpair 3 streets against donk?
Wouldn't that fold out most of the hand I am beating here?
The flop is superdry, why not give him a chance to bet his AT/etc again? |

Re: KK: call down my overpair 3 streets against donk?
Seems std. I dont raise this flop here since board is too dry

Re: KK: call down my overpair 3 streets against donk?
I like a riverfold actually. What hand is potting this river for value, that you beat? I'd say he's got a strong hand here very often, and the only draw got there on the turn. also, he should really easily put you on an overpair given your action.
I don't think a two pair hand(Tx, 7x) is doing this too often. If you beat something, it's a complete 3-barrel sick bluff, and how often does that happen? However, I see he has very LAG'y stats... Still like a fold better on the river, really. |

Re: KK: call down my overpair 3 streets against donk?
I play it the same as OP. My guess is he had AT and put you probably on a big Ace. After you called his potbet on turn he knew he was behind and turned his hand into a total bluff, hoping you would fold your overpair when the board paired.

Re: KK: call down my overpair 3 streets against donk?
what makes you think this guys is a donk? you only have 100 hans on him and his stats dont look too out of line.
anyway river is a fold. flop and turn are good/standard. the only draw hit, and he cant value bet any worse hands on that board. and im never giving a basically unkwon player credit for potting three streets into the PFR with complete air. |

[/ QUOTE ] no, this doesnt happen at 100 NL. why the hell would he purposely turn AT into a bluff? sometimes (read: almost never) villain is value betting a T here, but he's never intentionally trying to get you to fold AA for ex. The board pairing the J changes absolutely nothing in this hand |

[/ QUOTE ] i agree; i think you need evidence of him being spewy, not just a donk, to call the river. |
