Is this call for setmining ok? I was guessing that since 2 players already limped, so it's ok to limp along and try to hit smth?

I'd fold with your stack but might limp in this exact situation (button, 2 lipers) with a more healthy stack at a passive table.

The thing is, here the t100 are important for you and it's quite likely that someone will push pehind to try to take the pot and then you'll have to fold.
