Call and see T9s here like 75% of the time. Diamonds the other 25%.

Well the pot is offering you right about those odds. I probably call given its that close just out of curiosity and to gain some info.

just a line in the sand. it's pretty close and the fact that we have two pair is fairly irrelevant except that it makes more combinations of weirdly played one pair hands probable. i think nits will show up with overpairs here sometimes.

basically his line is weird such that we have to do some game theory/combinatorial guessing to decide what to call with since we can't nail his range down
