i would bet the turn against a player with a starting range that wide. he could be calling you with a lot more stuff than just a flush draw. if he made something big, a lot of times he'll raise you right there, or you'll check the river behind him. if he bets out big, its usually a fold.

i think betting the turn here has a lot of value against a fishy player, because you're still gaining value against Kx or some random crap with 1 club, and at the same time, its easier to tell what's going on than when you check behind.

Turn isn't a good card obv, because it makes possible straight draws too. You probably have the best hand when he checks. Go ahead and bet, you have club outs if he slowplays a small flush and calls. River a blank for the most part, can't say what based on stats alone. This is a call against some players. Fold seems slightly better without more info.
