Hello everybody.
On one of my computers, I am having problems opening e-mailed powerpoints. I am getting an error message that says "XXXX.pps cannot be opened because it contains no slides". Opening the same pps files on another computer works fine, so the problem is isolated to that specific computer only. Any advice? I have searched all over Google, but could not find anything useful [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] |

Have you tried doing a save as instead of just trying to open it from your mail client?

I did, but I figured it out. The firewall, for some reason, was not allowing the files to be downloaded, instead downloading only empty files.
