22$: bubble - free flop from bb, what to do?
Full Tilt Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t160 (4 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com
SB (t4325) Hero (t1370) UTG (t4190) Button (t3615) Preflop: Hero is BB with J[[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]], 6[[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]]. 1 fold</font>, Button calls t160, SB completes, Hero checks. Flop: (t480) 7[[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]], 6[[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]], 4[[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]] (3 players)</font> SB checks, Hero ??? Btn seems to be playing too many hands, otherwise everyone is playing pretty standard. I am the shortstack and needs to get something moving soon, but is this the time? Do people prefer to lead out here (and if yes, for how much and how do you respond to a shove?), or simply cf it? |

Re: 22$: bubble - free flop from bb, what to do?
after posting the BB you remain with a 8BB stack, so i think the question is push or check/raise all-in.
your middle-pair is most of the time good here and with your stack-size you have to make a move now. if it's likely button will c-bet after your check - i would c/r this one. if he is more on the passive side - i would push. |

[/ QUOTE ] just to play the Devils Advocate here, isn't it too dangerous to give a free card here if they check along? Pretty heavy board and lots of turncards we dont wanna see. EDIT: Another problem with CR'ing could be that he will be priced with draws that he would have otherwise folded if we had bet out at the flop. |

I check / fold here, your hand is just too weak.
You still have 7 BB after this hand when you fold, this is plenty enough to come back. |

Probly check the 3s a good deal of the time too. C/f everything else. |

Re: 22$: bubble - free flop from bb, what to do?
I dont see why people would fold this flop? Chances are he is ahead here and can pickup the extra chips in the pot with a flat shuv. CRAI is also good as previously said if you are pretty sure button will C bet.
