Default river snap fold?

opponent is murph0511 laggish no stats worth posting
history ive been 3 betting him not too often but often enough to get under his radar.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $658.45
BB: $775.35
UTG: $457.50
CO: $410.00
BTN: $154.30

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG raises to $16.00, 2 folds, Hero raises to $52.00, BB folds, UTG calls $36.00

Flop: ($108) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG checks

Turn: ($108) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $88.00, UTG calls $88.00

River: ($284) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets all-in for $317.50, [i]Hero?

To me AA or KK would bet the flop JJ might check but unlikely, since he is laggish if he was calling light pf with suited connectors that didnt connect hed bet the flop, if he had FD id think he bets the flop, to me looked like a clear case of 1010 and he rivered the set on me. It was a horrible river card.
Is this pretty much 1010?

to me if i bet out he folds all suited connectors and shoves AA KK and JJ
but if i check shove he bets all suited connectors AA KK JJ and i get value from the times he bluffs. If he has PP then he only has 2 outs and checking isnt that bad

why would you want to exercise pot control on a wet board vs a laggish oponent that might play back light?

Just bet the flop.

River is a bluff a very small percentage of the time. His turn call in position looks like a medium strength hand willing to go to showdown. Something like QJ/KJ/TJ/99/TT, I think he would have bet QQ+, all sets and FD on flop. Maybe he picked up a bdfd + a pair and hit it on the river. He wouldn't go allin with any hand he would just call the turn with so I really doubt he is bluffing here more than 5% of the time.

I wasn't sure if I was the only one that thought this was funny. You wanna control the pot, but shove if he bets?
