Default Bets In PLO

How do you actually calculate the raising limits in PLO? I've tried to figure out the exact rules but cant really figure it out or find it specified anywhere....
Preflop it seems you can raise it double the BB plus whats already in the pot...ex. .25/.50 if you are first raiser you can raise to 1.75....
Postflop you can bet the pot.....but if someone bets the pot into you....what can you raise? ex...pot=2.50 player bets 2.50 to you....you want to raise pot....you can raise to.??????

Default Re: Bets In PLO

the betting goes based on the size of the pot. with .25/.50 blinds, to raise the pot, imagine you first call the .50. now the pot is 1.25. you can then raise the size of the pot, so your total bet is 1.25 + 0.5. so if the pot is 2.50, to raise pot it would be a call of 2.50 first to make the pot 7.50, then raise the size of the pot 7.50 more. so the total bet is 10 dollars now.
