Full Tilt Lucky 7s Promotion

When Full Tilt has these "one-off" promotions like their Lucky 7s for the next 7 days, does opting into it affect MGR ??? I could find anything on the Lucky 7s info page regarding this ...

the key question here is whether it affects MGR right when I sign-in (like the free-rolls) or when I win something (like the full tilt store).

If it hit's the MGR after you win something than it's definitely EV+ but if it hits as soon as you sign in that sux.

Anyone knows?

I still didn't opt in but the MGR hit can't be that bad. They are giving 77 people $77 or a total of $5929 and todays prize is 26K points or an MGR amount of $130. That means the total MGR hit of $6059 today is divided up among all that make 7 points today. There have to be 10K people or so that make 7 points. That would be way less than $1 charged to each persons MGR. This of course assumes that it is divided evenly and not just charged if you win.
