Default TPDK against a flop raise

No read on villain. We'd only been at the table together about 2 orbits and I hadn't noticed him being very active. Is this a fold considering stack sizes?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $100.45
BB: $138.20
beachbum (UTG): $97.10
MP: $67.65
CO: $59.90
BTN: $113.85

Preflop: beachbum is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
<font color="red">beachbum raises to $4.00</font>, MP calls $4.00, 3 folds, BB calls $3.00

Flop: ($12.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">beachbum bets $9.00</font>, <font color="red">MP raises to $25.00</font>, beachbum ???

i think it's a push considering stack sizes -though given that BB is yet to act, folding isn't bad

vs. full i fold
