Default how do you react to min-raises ?

In small stakes, especially againts random players, we are facing a lot of min raises, but there are plenty of "regulars" who uses this option too.
what do you think yourself when you are facing those raises : "he is very strong, i should be very carefull now.."
or "he just trying to steal the pot, i'll go with it till the end"
for example : you have pocket 10's. flop is J 8 4, two suits, you are betting the pot, as a c-bet and facing this annoying raise, you are out of position, what do you do ?

or : you have AK, flop is A Q 6, turn is Q, you are continue to bet near the pot size, the pot beginning to grow, your opponent min-raise, and you think shove/fold.

Of course it is all depends on your opponents, the board, and the situation, but many of them use it like a system, without knowing what are they doing.

so how do you react on this for those case examples, or in general ?

Theres only one thing i hate more than min raises, folding to min raises. I dont understand the complete logic to it, i never min raise. Just pay attention to the player, if they min raise light or for value.
