Should i fold to the check-raise?, fold to the river bet?

Calling is often a bad idea facing a minraise imho. I hesitate between folding and 3-bet. It depends of the player. Aggressive player : 3-bet, passive player : fold. It is bad because you have 6 outs and maybe only 3. I see so often guys check-minraising TPGK. Some bad players minraise trips OOP too...
75% fold, 25% 3-bet for me.

Fold flop.


raise turn only sets/kj/AA beat you and will likely 3bet you. Then check that river IP, some villans that hit their flush will check on the river to you too.

Looks like {Jx/fdraw,.... other pocket pairs, Sc str8 draw}
mostly a [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] fdraw IMHO.

I HATE folding the flop in these spots btw, I just dont see how else to play.
