iPoker 100NL, two hands against the same fish
Opponent is 50/11, loose-passive, bad player. His total AF is 1.5.
1. hand: I am SB having 98s Titan Poker 0.50/1.00, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker saw flop | saw showdown Button Button ($18.50) SB SB ($117.85) BB BB ($78.20) UTG ($58.21) UTG+1 ($101.85) CO CO ($100.33) Preflop: , 2 folds, CO calls 1.00, Button calls 1.00, SB calls 0.50, BB checks. The fish has been losing in the previous half hour or so. A few hands ago he 3bet bluffed me out of a pot, and he showed his bluff. Looked like he is frustrated. CO is a very tight player. When he just called the BB's raise on the flop I was fairly confident he does not have AA/KK. Re: iPoker 100NL, two hands against the same fish
If your beat in one it means you were beat on the turn - I dont see someone not raising the turn with the nut straight. Easy call even though your splittng
3bet hand 2 - raise flop - DO SOMETHING!!!!!! |

Hand 1. Standard Call,
Hand 2. Man, tight villains range for raising before the flop is more than just KK, AA. You have to re pop and find out where you stands. I also like c betting 3/4 pot on the flop. You have QQ, is good hand. Put pressure on them |

Re: iPoker 100NL, two hands against the same fish
flatting QQ there is ok i think given that BB is tilty/aggro and could easily three bet crap there. not only that but if you show down, people will note that you didn't 3-bet QQ. same for calling flop let BB hang himself if he really is that aggro/tilty. obv not a standard line, and I almost never do it even w/ an aggro/tilty fish but i don't think its terrible given the situation.

Re: iPoker 100NL, two hands against the same fish
Thank you, guys.
In hand 1 he had Q8s for 2nd nut str8, and in hand 2 he flopped a set with 55. I almost always reraise QQ preflop (my PFR% is 94% for QQ). In this case I decided to mix up my play and flat call the button raiser. I did raise on the flop, just waited for the seemingly tilting fish to start bluffing. I was not sure it was only bad luck that he did had a hand, or I played it badly. Looks like it's my fault - maybe he would have folded it to a PF raise, but it is not too likely, considering his looseness. |
